Thanks to a larger space and the creativity of Chef Alessandro Bleve, our menu is more diverse, highlighting Italy’s gastronomic richness. Had four delicious meals at this beautiful restaurant located in the heart of Montreal. Excellent service, a very diverse menu and a great atmosphere. Staff is outgoing and deliver on the definition of hospitality. Not to mention the food and the wine!! Delicious!! They have an excellent selection of wine and creative cocktails. Not much to say except that this place is absolutely amazing! The food was fresh and delicious, the cocktails were perfect, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful restaurant with subdued lighting, comfortable banquettes. My ravioli with white sauce were succulent, flavorful. According to those present, the other dishes seemed very good. Great selection of white and red wine and cocktails. The service was excellent, courteous, and fast at 9:30 PM, a less busy period. I recommend it for a couple's night out or a group outing.

Founded by three friends – Sara Belley, Nathalie Coté (Brasserie Bernard and Le 409) and Chef Alessandro Bleve – Stella Pizzeria quickly became a must-visit spot in Montreal for authentic pizza lovers. Building on this success, the team decided to go even further by creating Stella Brasserie: a place where the art of pizza meets the richness of great Italian classics.
Our chef, Alessandro Bleve, draws inspiration from his roots in Puglia as well as his culinary experiences in Europe to offer a menu that blends authenticity, creativity, and conviviality. Stella Brasserie is the natural evolution of a shared passion: bringing people together around a table, with generosity and warmth.
